I have what looks like a skin tag on the shaft of my penis. I have had a skin tag before. This one has been here for about two months now. It hasn't gotten bigger or anything. There are no surrounding bumps or other skin tags (hopefully.) There is just one. Also, there are bumps about an inch further down where there are hairs coming out of them.
